I’m Stephen.

I am a conference speaker and leadership coach who is dedicated to the intersection of cutting-edge technology and human-centric engineering. I believe in pushing the boundaries of what’s possible - not just through code, but by building sustainable, happy, and high-performing teams.

My approach is rooted in the reality of scaling modern engineering organizations. I'm the VP Engineering at Bloom & Wild, Europe’s largest direct-to-consumer premium flower and gifting company. Prior to this, I led the technology team at THEOUTNET.COM (part of the YOOX Net-a-Porter Group) and I have held various development, testing, and leadership roles at Nokia and Ericsson.
